I live in Southern Maryland, which is not a huge place for craft beer. Subsequently, some of the beer stores keep most of their beer in walk in refrigerators and such. I have been cellaring beer for a couple years now, and I keep all of my beer in my basement closet, which is normally around 60 degrees. I know it's not the ideal temperature, but it's the best I can do. I would like to get a refrigerator with a temperature control on it, but it's the basement closet for now. So does warming a previously chilled beer to 60 degrees and then cellaring it for a while effect a beer negatively?

No. You're fine, and should go ahead and age the beer at 60 degrees
