I have cellared and tasted two cans of Ten Fidy- one from '11 and the other canned in '12.
Both cans were lackluster in flavor and compared unfavorably to a fresher can tasting. The toffee-candy aroma was gone, along with the dense chocolate taste.

Comments about cellaring Ten Fidy and canned beers?

Yeah Ten Fidy is one of the "best when fresh" Imperial's it seems.

Any other imperials which are ''best when fresh"?

I opened a few cans from 2008 recently and thought they were awesome.
