    Aloha--Making a roadie to Charleston & Asheville in 2 weeks; any recommendations for breweries, bottle shops, bars/pubs, food?

    Definitely hitting up Westbrook & Wicked Weed. Just had WW's Red Angel @ Firestone Walker Festival 2016 & it was great. Mahalo in advance!

    There are many breweries worth checking out within a 10 block radius of the Funkatorium, including; Burial, Hi-Wire, Greenman, Asheville Brewing Co., One World, and the WW brewpub. There are several more just a bit farther away, including; Highland, Zebulon, Fonta Flora, New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, Oskar Blues, and Pisgah.

    There's no reason you won't have an amazing time. Asheville and Charleston are two of the most visited places here in the South-Atlantic forum; consequently, there are -- in addition to the city guides I've linked in their names -- a BUNCH of still threads on both, including this one on Asheville and this one on Charleston.
