Flight out of CLT doesn't take off until 740 tomorrow...I should be done with meetings in Winston-Salem around lunchtime. Can't get an earlier flight so would appreciate advice on good places to eat/drink in the area. My limited research yields no breweries in CLT open until 4 or 5 if I recall. Hoping maybe I missed something that might be open earlier. I know I can sip on fresh HDNR at the airport (that has become a tradition). I would love a great rec for a place I could grab some beers to mule back (I have been to Brawley's before) as well. Any advice on how to kill a couple hours would be much appreciated! Cheers, Mike

Good bottle, Brawleys, Salud and Vintners all open early, have lots of bottles to sell, and plenty on draft!
Heist is also very close to Salud, so you can go to a brewery, get some food, and grab all your bottles to mule at Salud just up the street.
