Comments on the new subscription service

    The new subscription platform looks like an improvement, but seems to be missing a couple of things;
    • I need to know that the renewal I sent half-way through my subscription gets applied and wasn't lost somewhere. It would be helpful to see a history; when we originally subscribed, when we renewed, when it runs out. At the very least, let me know when it runs out.
    • At the bottom it says "Questions? Our Support Team would be glad to help" but nothing tells you how to get that help and there is no link.
    • Should be a FAQ specific to questions on the subscription platform, would head off a lot of questions.
    • Payment methods should include Paypal.
