Danky IPA or DIPA recipe?

Maybe try a NE IPA Clone; most of Trilliums IPAs have a good amount of Columbus in them. There was a recipe in one of the recent BA issues, I think August, for a Fort Point Clone. There is also a thorough discussion in this thread

No obvious recipe, but Centennial and Columbus play very well together. Just add a ton of both late in the boil and you should end up with juicy/dank

 

All that I've got is Nelson Sauvin hops is calling your name, perhaps with some Citra; that will for sure give you dank/juicy respectively.

 

May as well throw some NZ hops and some Chinook at this one.

 

Columbus at 60-10-5-fo
Simco,cascade,Amarillo at 10-5-fo
1oz each per addition

 

Surprised no one has mentioned apollo hops yet.

 

CTZ, Nugget, Chinook

FWH with CTZ, then equal parts CTZ, Nugget and Chinook at 15min, 5min and Flame out, Whirlpool with equal parts and then Dry Hop with CTZ 2:1 with Chinook but shoot for 3-4oz total right before hitting terminal gravity for a total of 7 days.

Carapils 5%
Sugar 5%

Insert favorite IPA yeast here. (conan, london III being the juicier ones) personally I use pacman but that's just me.
