I understand you can't know this for sure yet but how do you think the Rogue XS Dead guy will age? Does it have any characteristics that would develop over time? Still new to aging. Thanks for the advice.

Here's the BA page. Surprised at the amount of low ratings. I found this beer to be delicious!

Well, what did you think of it when you had it fresh? What do you think was overpowering in the beer?

When aging, you should often figure out what you want to accomplish from aging the beer:
    1) Is there a certain flavor you hope will fade or become more pronounced?
    2) Is it too carbonated, and you hope it will get smoother over time?
    3) Is it too alcoholic tasting, and you hope the heat will die down a bit?

Some beers also develop new flavors over time, such as when they contain Brett and will benefit from prolonged bottle conditioning. That should not be the case here, however.
