Please use this thread to discuss and post pics for... Dogfish Head Craft Brewery 120 Minute IPA 18% | 12oz bottle Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute IPA is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops! 120 IBUs ...and don't forget to rate the beer (click on the beer name above and then "Rate It") on BeerAdvocate!
Did everyone got WWS after all?? Or maybe all there is to say about this all-time classic has been said already.
The ones who got 120 bitched about it incessantly lol. I wish I got a 120 but am happy with the WWS. 120 is a proven classic good at any age (that I've had so far at least)
Did Sam send out some random vintages like he did for Olde School in last years EBF? Can not wait to crack open my 2006 bottle
Mine says bottled on 9/13/19. Tucked it into the back of a cupboard for now. Ah, not really sure how long to hold off on it.
First 120 minute in 10+ years as it's unavailable in Georgia. Really reminds me of the tragedy that the hazy IPA categories popularity has taken on the industry.
