Stone Saison is nice and hoppy, and I'd think you'd find some left in your area

Boulevard's Saison Brett is darn hoppy, and darn bretty too in a very barnyard type of way. Should still be lying around in bottle shops across the country.

Personal opinion? Yes, I think so. Some may say that's the homer in me talking, but more than likely it's the Amarillo-phile in me talking.

If Dupont ever did their annual Cuvee Dry Hopping with Amarillo, I might have to reevaluate my life.

Thiriez Extra! It's a Shelton Bros. import, should be readily available on shelves.

Wow, I'll have to check out this year's version then.
I personally think that the dry hopping in last year's version over powered the phenols/esters/"yeasti-ness" that makes "Regular" Saison DuPont possibly the best beer in the world. When not skunked, of course.

The first 5 years it was made it was only available in Belgium (maybe a little around the EU).

The hop in 2013 was Triskel and this year it is Challenger.

Worth noting that they just brewed another batch, too—at least, I believe that's what I saw on their facebook page! :-)

Sorry. I had it confused in my head with the Duvel Tripel Hop 2013 (Sorachi Ace)

So Carnevale and Dry Hopped Saison Dupont with both just added to the shelf at my local package store. There are some great hoppy saison suggestions in here, but that wasn't quite what I was looking for, it's that extreme aromatic dry hop addition without being as hoppy or at least seeming as hoppy as something like Tank 7. The 2014 Dry Hopped Saison Dupont was delicious though.

Maybe it is time to homebrew your own Saison to fit your taste?

I have homebrewed many 'traditional' Saison beers but I did brew one Saison that I dry hopped with American aroma hops.

    Cheers!

Already in the works, my next on deck will be something with WLP565, dry hopped with Galaxy.

Please report back whether your beer hit the 'mark' that you defined.

    Cheers!

So pretty much all of these things, 100% agree that it is delicious dry hopped goodness, and balanced!

I have a bottle of PipeWorks Citra Saison right now and I had it at the great taste of the Midwest this year. Hands down my favorite. I used to be all about pales and IPAs and never cared about much else, so this is a newer style for me that I can certainly learn to get used to enjoying, hopefully on the regular!
