Mixed Undercover with Dirtwolf -that was a GREAT IIPA.Don't know which improved the taste of the other one because yes IUSA does essentially drink like a IIPA.And tastes very much like Dirtwolf.

:-) Not so much any more. When I lived in Owings Mills, however, I used to make the drive up I-83 all the time (at least several times a month). Lot of good memories from those times.

I go there all the time, but have never thought about trying that particular blend. Next time I'm there, and they have both beers on tap, I'll be sure to give it a try.

Per the website "Imperial Mild? Uber ESB? Our malty and rich beer with a snappy hop finish truly defies style." It tastes/drinks like an IPA from being dry-hopped, and IPA's showcase the dry-hop. Cheers!

I thought that was how you made a Double IPA?

Dirtwolf is so good. I would never mix that.

    They should call it SueLander.

Yeah it's a strange one...I've heard it be considered as a pale ale, IPA, amber, ESB, barley wine, and strong ale. Whatever it is it's one of my favorite beers!

I think what differentiates it from an IPA is that most of the flavor comes from the malts, but it's bitter like an IPA.

By their powers combined they're a 5 week old IPA.
