    I've had beers from all 50 states, and The District, yet my "states" under beers says 50. Is, or is not, The District counted as a state on BA?

    The same here - it maxes at 50 (don't think it counts DC as a state in that computation any longer).

    mine is 3.95 but I tend to stay within the stouts and porters.
