Been drinking a lot of Fairwind's Siren's Lure saison. It's the only saison I can easily find that isn't DuPont, and a lot more affordable. If a 4pk of DuPont didn't cost $4 more than a 6 of it, and was refrigerated, I'd be getting the DuPont. I miss being in Silver Branch distro.

I got through my 12 pack of Smuttynose's Finestkind IPA quicker than expected, that's for sure. If I can keep finding it fresh I'll probably buy more. But I just bought a ton of Heady Topper in the last week, so I'm unfortunately good on beer for now.

I guess my favorite would be what I am buying and drinking the most. This summer the top five beers that I have been going through would be -

    Braupakt 2024
    Weihenstephan Hefeweissbier
    Saison Dupont
    Boulevard Tank 7
    Unibroue La Fin Du Monde

I had to watch the old pocketbook this summer, but my local store had the Golden Monkey Sours and Berry on sale BOGO (it was $14 a six pack, so a 12 pack for $14), so I drank a shit ton of those this summer. They were perfect! 9% abv but light and crisp and damn tasty.

Bierkeller has been on a hot streak with good Cerne Pivo and Kölsch style biers, but my favorite was his Helles.

Saint Arnold's Elissa IPA. Tried this beer many years ago and don't remember being impressed. But I recently revisited it during a trip to Texas and was blown away. So refreshing to drink a 100% Cascade-hopped IPA. Cheers to Saint Arnold for sticking to their guns with this one.

Westbrook whipped pineapple gose. A touch of tropical sweetness. Mildly tart. Low abv. A definite summer crusher.

Stone Double Bastard.....yea I know "summer time". Tried to save some for the fall, but I failed. Been alternating with SN pale ale, and Terrapin Hopsecutioner.

Without a doubt, this one... only about ~$7 for a 4pack in my parts (Narragansett runs about $6 / 4 pack 'round here). Very crisp & refreshing. I keep buying them up...

A new local brewery (well, new to me) called Berlinetta put out a Kölsch that for my money is just about the perfect summer beer: https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/61088/552447/

It's bready but not thick/rich/sweet, bubbly but not distractingly so, has just a bit of Continental hop bite but not bitter, light but plenty of flavor. Highly recommend
