Favorite Non-Imperial Stout

Well if we're adding ported dundee not bad and cheap

 

I'd go with Bell's Java Stout ( though it's border imperial at 7.5%) or FW Velvet Merlin

 

Mad tree milk stout get a bomber for 8.99 at local beer store

 

My favorite two are Rogue Chocolate Stout and SN Stout

 

I haven't had a ton of stouts yet, but so far my favorite two are Schlafly Coffee Stout and 4 Hands Chocolate Milk Stout.

 

Mackeson Triple XXX Stout is my highest rated beer. Outstanding, but cannot find it anywhere in MA anymore.

 

I like the Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro like some folks were saying, but the Guinness Extra Stout is quite awesome as well and can be found everywhere. I hear the Canadian brewed version we get in the States is going to be moving soon, possibly back to Ireland perhaps. Can't confirm back to Ireland, but they are leaving Canada soon. Again, the Guinness Extra Stout is just awesome stuff.

Maclay's Oat Malt Stout.
Wrasslers XXXX straight from the tap is pretty fine too.
But Maclay's Oat Malt Stout, the original oatmeal stout, is undoubtedly the greatest.

Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout.

Murphy's on tap (nitro'd) is pretty good, too.
