First BA DL Bottling?

    I can't seem to find anywhere what year FFF first bottled BA Dark Lord, and was curious if anybody here had any idea. Can't imagine there are many (if any) still around anymore.

    2011 I believe was the first year. Variants were pappy, bourbon vanilla, and brandy if I recall correctly.

    pretty sure there was a super small amount in swing tops before the current lottery system, 2005ish?

    Yeah, I think there were like 12 bottles of Woodford Reserve BA Dark Lord in 2005, swingtops. They're difficult to get, to say the least.

    They were released in 2006, 12 bottles. They are often referred to as 2005 because that is the vintage Dark Lord that went into the barrels, but they have gold wax at were released at 2006 DLD.

    I think only a few bottles (3 IIRC) were sold via a raffle or lottery system, the rest were kept by FFF employees or family/friends.
