Haven’t had a chance yet brotha and I haven’t been shopping in a few weeks but I’m sure if it’s in PA already I’ll be able to get some around here so you’ll hear from me soon. Cheers.

That has been by far my favorite as well, unfortunately last year's batch is still on the shelves around here. Hope they make it again one day.

I wonder how it holds up. Coffee can go either way, but Founders seems to hold up better than others.

I have a couple left that I bought fresh and kept in the refrigerator that still taste great. I'm not willing to risk buying something that's been sitting at room temp for a year though.

I've had Espresso about 1 year after bottling and thought it tasted just fine. The espresso had faded a bit but was still present. I didn't notice it going the "green pepper" route that some coffee stouts seem to with time.

Definitely prefer it fresh, but I also wouldn't hesitate to drink a bottle that's less than 2 years old. I've stored some at room temperature in my "cellar" because in Texas those don't exist and nowhere in the house is cool, and it didn't seem to impact anything too much, though obviously stored cold is always preferable.

Just my two cents, and I supposed your mileage may vary.

P.S. I agree that Espresso is the best variant (assuming CBS doesn't count and with the important caveat that you have to like espresso), maybe with MMF a close runner-up.

P.P.S. While we're on the topic of requesting re-brews of some classic Founders coffee stouts, bring back Sumatra and Underground Mountain Brown too, please. I bought so much Underground Mountain Brown.

oh CBS counts and I still stand by my opinion of espresso being the best. Shots fired

Hopefully it resembles the limited edition Stone Cherry Chocolate Stout from 10+ years ago….man, that was incredible stuff.

That "beer" sounds absolutely horrid to me, but everyone has their own thing.
I'd try it if it was put in front of me and probably choke it down, but eww, gross.
I'm sure a lot of you enjoy these flavored malt beverages, but they are definitely not for me.
