Hey dudes I'm planning on making a trip to Columbus this coming Thursday and I really want to score some Hoof Hearted brews but I have no idea what to expect. Are there certain beers that I can probably just get off the shelf at any good bottle shop? Or do I have to go to the brewery for a decent selection? And for all l I know they're all super limited and I'll have to wait for a release day so yeah any information would be greatly apreciated!

Your best (probably only) bet will be growler fills at the daily growler. Or hit up the IP trade forum for cans from last Sunday release. HH taproom opens next Thursday so you'll just miss out on that.

This is all up in the air now. This weekend they're experimenting with their first-ever Saturday release, and first ever ticketed release. It is likely that a new system will be in place soon. The announcements are always on their FB page. For a BA reference, I would recommend following the Hoof Hearted thread here in the Great Lakes section, as all the newest updates always pop up there in a matter of minutes.
well you really should take the time to read the hoof hearted thread, at least the last few pages. It will be very informative for someone new. Last release sold out in a few hours and many people went home empty handed. There is another release this Sunday but was an online ticket sale that already sold out. So to answer your question no one really know how the future releases will be handled. Again, the hoof hearted thread is a must read for someone looking to get their hands on hoof hearted beer.
