There have been a few threads on this topic, but i know they can be hard to find if you haven't been around for a while. Here are a few:

For what it's worth, a lot of the true belgians can be aged for a very long time.
Also the Hel & Verdoemenis beers, which I haven't actually seen anywhere personally, but maybe you'll have better luck.
The "life" of some already cellarable beers can also be extended by storing at colder than cellar temps, like refrigerator temps.

Bigfoot could be a god one, fairly inexpensive and from what I hear it ages well for a really long time, never had one past 2 years, but I'm aging a few for long term aging.

I think the real question is how old is your nephew now? If he's under 5, you'll have to look at Belgians as mentioned above. If he's 15, just grab something with at least 10% ABV.

A bigfoot vertical would be the easiest choice. If you can get BCS every year that would be even better

Samiclaus is a good one to age for many years. Lindeman's Cuvee Rene will age well for a long time and has a decent price point.

Seeing as the legal drinking age is 21 you might want to be sure to get something cellarable for 21 years not 18
