Has anyone tried beer soap?

    $5 a bar and UP for soap... I don't think so.
    The "fragrance" free stuff costs me about $1.25 a bar when I buy in bulk online.

    I live in the Mid-Hudson valley (NY state, a little north of NYC) and last week saw beer soaps from three different local breweries (Peekskill, Newburgh, and Sloop) in a local shop -- I thought it was a cool concept, but I'm not sure how noticeable the beer is, and if I WANT to smell like beer I can think of a lot of better ways of accomplishing that.

    There si beer shampoo as well Schlafly makes one and I think the other is a company called Broo... smells so good if you get the oatmeal porter ones.
