Can't seem to find much information other than their cans looks cool and it's on a frontage road in Darien despite it used to be called south loop brewing? Isn't Darien pretty far from the south loop?
Maybe head on over to the Hop Butcher thread: https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/hop-butcher-releases.552105/ Have a nice day.
Yeah saw that. Still going insane. Looks like a small place in the middle of dupage county that doesn't sell beer at all but just distributes? Going fucking insane trying to find a straight answer
They brew out of Miskatonic in Darien. No you can't go there and drink their beer (maybe?) I've heard conflicting things.
I think they had one of their beers on tap there, like ONCE. Either way, your best bet by far is finding cans in distribution.
Their website states: (We are a production brewery operating out of Miskatonic and only occasionally are our beers available on draft in their taproom - sorry, no tours)
Yep saw that kind of buried on the site. It's on the contact page below a map and between a feed of tweets
They are very active on Twitter and super responsive to messages about where to find their brews. That's how I find their releases.
