How long after Verifying is Beer Trading access restored?

    I expected this to be (nearly) instantaneous as part of the coding, but is there a manual intervention required, or is perhaps something wrong? It's been 5 minutes and still access is restricted.

    Please don't take this as impatience, I just want to make sure nothing has gone wrong.
