    My brother in law has one and it is actually pretty neat. We did a few side by sides and blind tastings and there was a difference in appearance. It does look fresh from the tap. It's probably only a placebo affect, but the placebo affect sells.

    I try to head off getting ridiculous beer gifts like this from well-meaning family members by providing them a Christmas/birthday shopping list of craft shirts, glassware, etc.
