    Interesting collaboration with Hoffbrau.....it's not bad...but I was surprised to see "mosaic" hops used in this collaboration....was hoping for something more true to style from what was touted as the combining of brewing traditions of two long time german style breweries..

    I thought it tasted very similar to Hofbrau's Maibock, the malt for sure, but with a more assertive hop character.
