I really enjoy the malt forward IPA's...just looking for suggestions...some of my favorites are Maharaja, Chillwave, Hop Juju, and Unearthly....looking for suggestions on some that are similar

Not a huge fan of 90 minute....tend to like them a little sweeter, a little more caramel malt character

Hoppy American Barleywines could be your friend- fresh Bigfoot is practically a Double IPA.

I guess that is what I am looking for double ipa's that lean towards barley wine territory

Bigfoot is drinking very nicely. I have a couple left from the 4 pack I bought a couple of weeks ago. Might crack one open now that you guys got me thinking about it...

While not quite what you described, it sounds like Hog Heaven and Bigfoot would serve you well.

Old Ruffian is pretty hoppy when fresh. I also agree with BigFoot. That is a massive Malt and Hop bomb.

Might want to give Brown Shugga a try.

Hoptimum is good...in fact that's what is in my fridge now...a little too boozy to be at the top of my list...don't mind high alcohol, but Hoptimum doesn't hide the alcohol that well

This too! Why did I forget about Brown Sugga! Also, easy on the wallet for an almost 10 percent brew.

I think you'd really enjoy Santa Fe's Happy Camper. I wouldn't exactly call it malt-forward, but it isn't a hop bomb by any means.

Usually those beers labeled as "Red IPAs" might be good - they have more caramel or kilned malt.

Like Oscar Blues G'Knight and Green Flash Hop Head Red
