Does any brewery around here produce an authentic English mild?

It would be kind of the anti IPA so I imagine not many brewers dabble in it.

Only place I've run into this was Whaler's Brewing in Peacedale, RI but alas it is not on the current tap list. They had a well made version too, enjoyed my tasting of it early last year.

I had one recently at New City Brewery in Easthampton, MA that was great. Not exactly southern New England, but for a style like that, your options are going to be unfortunately limited.

Thank you for the feedback - New City in Easthampton is closest to me - will look to give that one a shot sometime soon.

More central NE…but Battenkill Ale from Northshire I would put in or very near to the Mild Ale category even though it is called a American Amber/Red, the yeast to me is most definitely english origins:

I've been enjoying it more & more as my hop-fueled drive has been satiated.
