Last night I had Troublesome from Off Color Brewing which is a Gose, a style not in BJCP. When I first tasted the beer it tasted like a hybrid of a pilsner and a tripel with a wheat backbone, especially going down. The beer wasn't the absolute best beer I tasted (still very good though) in the recent past months, that title goes to 3Floyds Space Station: Middle Finger, but it was definitely the most interesting/complex beer I'll be talking about for awhile. With that being said what is the most interesting/complex beer you've had?

I know it does not get a lot of love on here, but it is the ultimate beer for foodies

I'm not a huge fan of Belgians, but I have to admit that Gouden Carolus Blue tops almost every other beer I've had for complexity.

Dogfish Immort Ale. I tasted something different every time I took a sip. Really interesting and weird brew, in a good way.

I might have to go with Saucerful of Secrets, which was being sampled at the recent Feral One release. Amazing beer. Sucaba is a close 2nd.

I need to expand beyond DIPA/IPAs soon, but so far for me I'd say DFH 90 minute. It wasn't what I expected, was definitely off-center as they say on the bottle. I liked it well enough though.
