Not receiving issues after resubscribing

    A common issue. I did email beer advocate that I hadn't received the latest issue. I resubscribed on google and emailed proof of the receipt from google wallet, No response.
    Suggestions?

    I already replied to you via email. You bought the Google Play digital version of the mag. It gets download via the Google Play Newsstand app. You don't get the print version.

    Definitely not common.

    If I cancel my Google play subscription, how much is refunded?
    Also, there is an offer for $9.99 until 6/15- is this for the print magazine?

    If I click on the renew link, is this for the print version, and is the discount rate applied?

    You'll have to handle the refund with Google, not us.

    And yes, the offer is for the print magazine ... as stated here: http://www.beeradvocate.com/mag/. Google play version is always $9.99.

    Renewing on BA is for those who have a subscription to the print version already.

    I just resubscribed- although the previous subscription expired in March. So is the renewal date this month or the date of the first issue I receive?
