Clearly a trademark issue or they wouldn't have changed the name due to legal issues. Can't speak for the validity of this article but it says 'trademark lawsuit' (filed by Two Brothers).

Anyone know when BA Ten Fidy will hit the shelves in either NOVA or MD? I know it was supposed to release this week, but I haven't seen it anywhere yet.

Digging this new Foothills Frostbite Black IPA winter seasonal... fresh (10/20 bottle date) and hoppy (sorta like a black Jade?). Maybe not the most notable release (I'm still bowled over by Born Yesterday), but it's pretty nice-- give it a try. Grabbed a single at the Brew Shop in Arlington last week, but hoping I can find a sixer of this around DC.

Anyone ever see these? Did I completely miss out on them? It seems like MD never got them, and may not see them at all. No word from the "local" Stone rep at all either.

I'd been looking for them and finally found some at WF Arlington last week. The "enjoy by" date was Nov 14th, though! I passed.

There are no "enjoy by" dates on any of the stone 4-pk IPA anniversary bottles I've found. All have "bottled on" dates of late August and say to "drink fresh"...so take it as you will.

All stone hoppy beers have a 90 day enjoy by date and the packaging for the anniversary pack had an enjoy by date on it, I believe a white sticker.

Hardywood GBS released at the brewery this past weekend, any thoughts on when it might show up in stores up in DC?

It seems a lot of the fanfare eroded, couldn't find even a thread about it in the South-Atlantic forum, just a casual mention in the trickery thread.

Last year released 11/6 showed up in stores 11/9
(planning to snag some for my wedding, so vested interesting in grabbing some)

The email I got from Arrowine last Thursday said GBS wouldn't be arriving this week (in VA anyway - I'm sure same applies to DC). It says distribution will be a week later than normal "due to unforeseen circumstances at the brewery".

We get huge amounts of it, so its basically an ordinary seasonal shelf beer at this point, which is probably why you haven't seen any mentions of it. You won't have any trouble getting any, just go to any Total Wine or Wegmans in VA.
