Hey Northwest BAs, I'm from Colorado, and I have an oddly specific request for you guys up there. I'm looking for names of Portland breweries that do kettle soured beers. Breweries doing Berliner Weisse would be fine, but guys doing kettle sours with 100% Brett ferments would be even better. I realize that's a super specific (and odd) request, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I believe Breakside kettle sours many of their tart beers. These two new beers, which will be released this weekend, are also both 100% brett ferments, but neither is 100% kettle soured. Anyway, they are a brewery to keep an eye on. Great beer too.
