Possible Bad Trader Nmelione

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing either way, just adding some commentary.

 

The feedback system isn't sufficient to capture all of the details involved in many situations. Plus, this is an easy forum to search and see the details where both parties can respond and the community as a whole can judge.

 

Oh, I knew that was from the rules, but my opinion remains the same. Quoted @TmKeisySC because he posted the list, didn't mean to imply that he came up with it.

 

It also gives the alleged Bad Trader a chance to redeem themselves which has happened at least once in the past to the point where the thread title is edited from "Bad" Trader to "Redeemed" Trader. If, God forbid, someone I traded with wanted to give me negative feedback, I definitely would want them to start a bad trader thread before doing so to give me a chance to defend my good name.

 

But I am not saying you couldn't/wouldn't start your own thread to make your case. I just find it odd that a requirement for a Bad Trader thread is that you need to have used the feedback system. However, if you used the feedback system then you can leave bad feedback.

Yes, there are other examples of why Bad Trader threads are necessary. I'm not asking to get rid of them at all! Just asking about that requirement is all.

 

Hi all. I appreciate the public shaming. But I actually had a very close immediate family member pass away very unexpectedly last Friday and I ended up canceling my trip to San Diego. To be honest the very last thing on my mind was to get on beer advocate or care about a silly trade. When my family gets through this I was going to message him as ship him the beer.
