Seattle Trip - Suggestions Needed

    I will be in Washington (state) for over a week and need suggestions of beers to drink and where to drink said beers! I'm from California and the only thing we currently get from Washington is Elysian.

    I will be in downtown Seattle, Leavenworth, Puyallup, and Union (and the towns/cities in between) during my trip. I don't expect much for Puyallup and Union (although I could be wrong), and it seems like there are only a few options in Leavenworth, but please share any and all suggestions.

    Plus I am always open to any food suggestions and anything else I must check out during my trip.

    There may not be all that much in Puyallup, but you're not far at all from Tacoma, and there's plenty to do there. If you run a word search in this forum for Tacoma, you'll see what I mean (numerous threads containing recommendations on where to go in the Tacoma area). Have fun.

    This is great! I wish I had time for all of these places, but I definitely won't. Is there any chance you can call out your top 2 or 3 choices from each section?

    Definitely check out the threads provided, but I'll throw in my two cents: As previously mentioned, if you visit Puyallup, I was recently very surprised with what Powerhouse had to offer. However, like previous mentioned, definitely hit up Tacoma since you'd be so close.

    Tacoma joints I enjoy regularly:
    1. Wingman
    2. Tacoma Brewing
    3. Dystopian State
    4. Pacific Brewing & Malting
    5. Engine 9 (Really banging sours)
    6. Red Hot (Not a brewery, but great beer selections and amazing hot dogs)

    Seattle:
    Holy Mountain, Fremont, Cloudburst
