Funky Gold Mosaic from Prarie Artisan Ales is pretty freaking awesome. Throw in the whole different dimension of souring yeast and bacteria and it makes for a very interesting drink.

Hop on a plane to Bellingham, WA. Boundary Bay just tapped a single hop 5X Mosaic Pale today.

Karl Strauss Mosaic

 

This was the one I came here to name. Great beer, and definitely one to try if you can find it.

 

Also, Victory's Hop Ranch offers an incredible showing of mosaics.

 

Seventh Son Brewing in Ohio just released their pale ale cans called Humulus Nimbus... Mostly Mosaic hops and a little Simcoe.

 

Toppling Goliath's is the best I've had. No doubt, ChillWave from Great Lakes is a close second.

 

Lone Pint's Pioneer Yellow Rose should be the beginning and end of any conversation about Single Hop Mosaic IPAs.

 

Two Beers out of Seattle has a great Single Hop Mosaic. Not sure if they're still brewing it with Mosaic though, it rotates.

Strange brewery- hard to find, but a small independent grocery in Wisconsin had it???

 

Southern Tier 2XONE is seasonal, yes.

Epic Escape to Colorado has other hops but the fresh cans in Ohio scream Mosaic!!!

 

And I really like it......a bit tough to find around here and when I do its 4 months old......Fresh its really good.

How does the “fruity” compare in intensity to “dank” in this beer for your palate?

Big tropical fruit notes similar to the juicy character in Chillwave, yet much more approachable at 6.2% abv! Anyways I noticed the Mosaic notes but I wouldn't have been able to pick out distinct Apollo notes but it was tasty!!!

 

Sosus is the best single hopped Mosaic beer you'll ever have, it's all downhill from there.

I was recently in San Diego and went to Societe Brewing. They had a single hopped version of their Bachelor IPA with Mosaic that was great. Try trading for a growler of that.
