Sucaba 2014

It didn't even come to MA last year. Who knows.

 

That is not true. I was looking through some things and found that I bought 2 bottles of it back in March of last year at Craft Beer Cellar Belmont.

 

It was here. I bought a bottle and had it on draft twice at two different locations.

Yes it did. I think I got about 5 or 6 bottles when it was all said and done

 

Bought it as gordans waltham, had it on tap at the grill next door in haverhill and I cannot for the life of me remember the other place I had it on tap right now, but I know I had it.

 

Based on when I got it last year, March, actually the first of the month, I would expect it to start showing up at places this month. I would chalk up the lag from the FW January release to still not here in MA just standard for FW's bigger beers arriving here.

Then I stand corrected. Apparently I just didn't fight for it.

Had it on draft last weekend at the Portsmouth Brewery. It's as flawless as always.

 

Nor I. Easily obtainable at Federal Wine and Spirits, Charles Street Liquors, Pops in Easton...maybe somewhere else

 

You might be confusing that with Parabola. I think I've seen Sucuba every year, but I've never seen Parabola.

 

That would be it exactly. I bought multiple Sucabas last year easily as well.

Also had Parabola on draft last weekend. Just striking out all over the place. Parabola was brilliant as always, regardless.

And Sucaba is still better.

 

Parabola was here last year as well. I was able to grab a couple of bottles as I did with Sucaba.

 

i got all my Sucuba last year in RI actually. Got 2 Parabola, 1 each at Federal Wine and BWE. Still have a sucuba and parabola in my cellar. Might even have an occasion to open them tomorrow!

 

it's coming. 51 case for the entire state (from the horse's mouth)

 

Haven't seen any in Mass, but I did grab 1 in RI. They upped the price by a buck or 2. I'm sure Mass will get some in the coming weeks.

 

Oddly found 2013 while looking for 2014. Still no 2014 that I have seen.

 

I've never seen 1 million dollars, but people tell me it exists...

 

Seriously, will this ever hit MA? I heading off to LA for a week, and it's more likely I find Parabola out there before Sucaba out here.
