I have a question on this subject and looking for a little input. I have a mocha wed and a choc rain. They have been in my fridge which is roughly 55 degrees but i would really like to cellar them in my basement which stays about 60 degrees. Will taking a bourbon beer out of cooler tempature affect how its tastes and putting it into a warmer temp?

55 is ideal for big stouts but 60 won't make much difference, if any
