Vlad the Inhaler (Burley Oak Brewery), then BCBS. If you want something you can (almost) always get, I'd say Ten Fidy.

I think that BCBS is the thickest stout I've ever had.

Founders Imperial Stout and Ten Fidy get the honorable mentions for me.

Omnipollo's imperial stouts are all viscous, oily affairs that border on sludge in the best of ways.

Perennial's various stouts (Abraxas, 17, Sump) are easily the thickest and darkest in appearance, of all those I've had. To the eye, they are just more opaque and viscous than any others I've seen, and I strongly suspect some specialty malt base is common to them all to account for this. But taste and mouthfeel are different stories, with a number of possible contenders. I cannot pick one without (possibly) denigrating many others which are just as good.

I am always searching for stouts with awesome mouth feels, especially with that great fudge aroma. Here is a list of easier and harder ones that I have found to have that mouth feel

    Ten fidy
    Yeti
    Founders imperial stout
    Highland park griffith j griffith
    BOMB
    Evil twin jesus lineup
Darklord...although I am not a fan of the taste of it.
    BCBS
    Transient Buckley
CFH 2012(13,14,15 lacked body for me)
    Bourbon barrel vietnamese speedway
    Cigar city stuff
    Treehouse Good morning
    OG Rare
    Voodoo Black Magick variants
TG hands down has my all time favorite stout chewiness

I recommend Black Albert, one of my all time favorites. Or you can look for the variants as mentioned above but they are pricey...Personally I like my thick stouts without the barrel and the flavoring and spices. If I am sessioning stouts I am drinking Breakfast Stout year round but Black Albert when I can find it is just a delicious thick stout that has the booze without the burn

The thickest I've had is definitely Founders Imperial Stout, followed by Ten Fidy and Biscotti Break.
