I'm visiting Seattle from the Minneapolis Thurs-Sun Jan 8-11 and plan on staying in Capitol Hill. If anyone can recommend some breweries for me or places to eat where I can get some amazing craft beer that would be most appreciated. Will also be planning on driving up the coast one day.. If anyone is interested in Surly, Indeed, or Bent Paddle (some of Minnesota's finest) I'd be more than happy to see what I can bring along for you. Cheers!
Chuck's CD (bottle shop) ,Elysian Brewery (brew pub), Hopvine and Pine Box (craft brew bars) are on Capitol Hill but if you can you must hit Fremont Brewery and Reuben's Brews in Seattle. Eat and Drink: Brouwer's café (not on Cap Hill). I like beer.
