Good morning folks. I am sipping on Biscotti Break for the first time. This is pretty good.

I was attending a gig last night, with some guys playing Guns n roses. I recorded for a bit and decided to share it with you, hope you enjoy and sorry for the poor audio quality of the video.

Still jet-lagged and up early. I brought this with me from Greece. Beeri-Beeri Lager. Weird name but not bad at all.

Good morning BA, have a great Sunday! Hope everyone had fun with the selfie Duvel day yesterday. I kind of forgot it was happening, so I just proceeded as normal. Normal Sunday for me as usual. Laundry, bottle returns, and a half day of overtime work to catch up on some stuff. Have some very important data reports due tomorrow night.

Fantastic coffee stout! Flavors of big nutty dark roasted coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and toasted dark bread; with lighter notes of vanilla, raisin, cherry, smoke, char, and herbal hops. Very complex and vibrant fruity/nutty coffee character. Light-moderate herbal hop and roast/char bitterness; great bittersweet balanced roasted finish. Medium-full bodied creamy/silky mouthfeel; light hop stickiness and chalky roast/coffee notes as well. Lightly increasing roasted dryness, never acrid or astringent. Super smooth, minimal warming 8% ABV. Amazingly rich, complex, and well balanced. I am definitely buying another 6 pack, got one can left now. Hope Epic sends another fresh batch of cans eventually.

Incredible as always. Flavors of mango, melon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey and spicy rye bread malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/rind/spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied with balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky/resin/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin/rind dryness, no hop astringency. Very mildly warming ABV, dangerously smooth. Got 1 left of these, but I have plenty of Born Again yesterday I picked up last week. Mosaic and Equinox hops are the best, and most of the reason I love these so much. Waldos and Born Yesterday have nearly identical hop bills.

Outstanding quad! Glad these are year round and 4 packs now. Flavors of raisin, plum, fig, date, lightly tart cherry, apple, pepper, clove, brown sugar, brown bread, toffee, vanilla, toasted oak, bourbon, coconut, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast/oak spice and light fruit tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium-full bodied. Creamy/grainy with slight slick/syrupy notes in the mouthfeel; but still ending nicely crisp and drying from carbonation. Awesome barrel balance, with great well rounded complexity from yeast and malts. Very smooth sipping, mildly warming 11.9%. I really should buy a full 4 pack soon, I keep buying more singles every single week. Great price. Hoping to see Sixth Glass 4 packs around here soon as well.

This was incredible! Flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, wood smoke, vanilla, caramel, toffee, bourbon, toasted oak, molasses, and dark bread; with lighter notes of cherry, raisin, licorice, and charcoal. Light-moderate roast/char bitterness and light bourbon/oak spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and very full bodied. Thick creamy, silky, bready Munich malt mouthfeel. Lightly slick, chalky, and tannic. Lightly drying bitter roast and oak tannins. Warming finish, very mild booze. Wow, this is supposed to be a re-brew of 21st Anniversary, but it is way better! More rich, roasty, dense, and complex; with more barrel presence, and less booze shockingly. Dangerously smooth. Really well rounded and balanced stout flavors. Glad I was able to find a few more of these after I reviewed it a couple weeks ago. Amazing smoked stout.

Late start given the heavy rain all morning. I finally coaxed the dogs out for a relatively short walk. We are home and dry now; must be new coffee beer Sunday:

Uber Joe, a coffee stout from 3 Sheeps Brewing, Sheboygan, WI.

Robust coffee and cocoa flavors. No hint of 10%. Very thin body, drinks like a brown ale/lite Porter. Thanks @Number1Framer !

We should have gone for a more traditional "breakfast beer" but I wanted to keep it on the light side before going out. A little too sweet for my taste. Cheers!

    Hearty breakfast . . .

Aroma led by the scent of wild black cherry. I kid you not, that's what first lept out of the glass. Followed by roasted, coffeeish malt, Dark chocolate and a sense of dryness.

Taste is Belgian Quadlike, big, strong, bold and rich. On entry the roasted malt is primary with chocolaty coffee and dark tree fruit (cherry) trailing not far behind. Each time I raise the glass I'm greeted with the cherry/fruit scent first but don't actually taste those until the aftertaste where they linger.

Texture is full, chewy, creamy and denser than Army coffee.
