I'm leaning a BBQ flatbread and a beer.

Otherwise, a good choice.

 

Don't know if any BA's watch Guy's Next Big Project on Food TV Sunday nights....but these ribs, burnt ends and brisket are from Rashad's (RJ's) barbecue shop a few miles from our house....

and on the plate...mine of course, my wife eats cheese-it size portions....

 

Hot blooded bible thumping cash on the barrel honey....

Poured along side Volume One for science purposes!
Moderate pour yields a one and a half inch white head over a very slightly hazy light golden body with fleeting lacing. Nose of citrus, slate, flint, funk, ever so slight pepper, and a slight herbal quality as well. Taste is citrus, mostly lemon with grapefruit as well and finishing rather tart but not too tart. Nice feel and overall, a repeat of the ingredients of Volume One with both finishing nice and tart but each one taking slightly different paths to get there as newer version is just a tad softer in the middle (like me!), but still fairly well carbonated. Whew, it's a tough job, but somebody has to do it!

 

Just want to say hello and make sure life is ok.

I love the bottle opener. Daugheter #1 wants to get me one for Xmas. Sent her the pic. Any other thing that would help her?

 

That's acceptable, I guess.
