    The brewery is one of three here in Basel and started in 1974. The top floor is a restaurant and the brewery is mostly in the basement. Earlier this evening Mrs. Z had the pork cheeks and spetzl



    and I had a flight of the four beers on tap year ‘round, the blonde, the helles, the amber and the hefe



    and sauerkraut bacon smoked sausage smoked pork and potatoes:





    Family style seating. I may have to go back for the pork knuckles!
