    One more can’t hurt, not like I’m drinking monster ABV beer this afternoon. The pool might be done for the year, we’ve got some cool nights coming and with an above ground it’s hard to recover the heat.:slight_frown:

    Clear, light gold color; extremely lively carbonation; dense and creamy head. Light, cereal grain aroma; a little fruity, a little grassy. Light cereal grain taste; cracker; very subtle hop bitterness. Light and velvety mouthfeel; semi-dry; gentle warmth.

    An exquisite light lager with a fine toasted grain base character and subtle hop bitterness. The on-tap carbonation is insane but really makes for a beautiful head and pillowy soft texture. An exceptional beer.

    Lots of house buying documents to look over/sign/copy/scan/email (at the Office Depot) today...looks like I’m home for the rest of the evening, so a new beer before the nightly feedings begin - Edmund’s Oast’s “Sour Mango Strawberry”:



    Pucker up sour! Mango and strawberry are distinct and tasty. Canned 9/11/19. Light and refreshing.
