gaaaack! No, not the homemade sausages or home-smoked cheese for appetizers but the beer. I had no idea that "pureed" apricots and peaches actually meant something more like "coarsely chopped and crammed into the can". The solids settle into a big pile of drain-pour sludge in the bottom of the glass. Sorry, but for me appearance is a big part of the drinking experience and this is a total fail. Besides, the flavor is not even that good.

 

It survived an accidental fridge drop to zero degrees F (did not freeze). Tastes perfect.

I work for a Mitutoyo R&D subsidiary, and I've grown kind of attached to the company. I got to visit their caliper (and other small tools) factory once, which was really interesting.

Unfortunately, no company discount!

Yeah, GFI cut the power and it defaults to zero. I re-set it and now everything is at 40F. They were all high ABV from 13% to 20% (25 bottles), so that must be how they survived the overnight freeze.

 

I realized I am actually out of Tropicalia…
Need to re-up tomorrow.

My local grocery store quit carrying Hamms too, I need to do the same and find another place that carries it.
