Hop Butcher For The World Megabite



Full review linked here. Bottom line, Hop Butcher really hits my sweet spot in terms of well delivered IPAs, balanced with slight sweetness, strong aroma, varied fruits and nice showcase of Amarillo and Citra hops.

Hopefully I can stay awake long enough to watch Europe victorious with the Ryder Cup on @Jack_14 's home soil!

Double IPA = Double Amarillo! Believe Hank DeVito on both live versions, just with a beard in 1980.

Weekend beer cuvée two: peaberry with French Toast Bastard. Really nice completo the coffee as the maple is still deep. Cheers.

Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for getting us started on this decent fall day. Finished picking up the backlog of apples this morning - now my job will just be the daily falls. Peppers are doing well - jalapenos and ghosts are amazing - Hungarian wax and Bell pretty mediocre.

Good pumpkin beer with REAL pumpkins - not just another spice beer. Even though it's last season's, it's still good.

For me, an all Citra hop Pale Ale is not a favourite, where as an all Citra IPA is. Weird, eh?
