Having another Stone IPA. Something died under my porch - I've been smelling it for a few days now, I can see something furry died under there, like maybe a squirrel or something, but I wasn't able to drag it out with a long stick. Guess I'll just have to wait until it it decays enough and stops smelling.

From a 16 oz can dated 01/10/24

It is a very dark amber pouring beer. Clear when I hold it to the light with lots of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. The head is a 2 finger light tan colored head. Great head retention, and lacing on the glass.
The aroma is not too strong but it has a bit of roasted caramel in it.
The flavor is malt based. I get a nice caramel flavor. There's a roasted malt flavor in here also. Slight hint of smoke. Slight hint of chocolate.
Smooth as heck. Almost creamy feeling, and decent fullness.
This is quite tasty.
