Happy Friday BAs! Trying out a new pilsner from a local brewpub: the Angry Carpenter from Point Brewing Company. It's a decent stab at a real Czech pils. Cheers, and enjoy your weekend!

Key City Brewing
Mississippi Queen Blonde Ale



Rich, dark gold color with small quickly vanishing white cap.

Aroma of rich, sweet malt and lihtly floral hops.

Flavor is straight up sweet malt with a light hop seasoning. This combination remains from start to finish.

Medium full texture with balancing carbonation.

Overall it's a good stab at the blonde ale style with more emphasis on malt than hops.

TGIF BAs!!!! Work is done. Transitioning to weekend mode. One of my favorite times of the year is coming up - 4th of July.

This is an excellent IPA from Monday Night Brewing. Blind Pirate 7.2% in a 19.2 oz can. I live the malty backbone and it has plenty hoppy aroma and bitterness for balance. One of the easiest drinking 7% IPAs I've had. Well done MNB! Cheers!
