Having also been in Lewis County, New York, our snowfalls were devastating as well. Not fun to deal with at all. While we have seen more snow on the East Coast than usual recently, back in the mountain region, specifically in the Big Horns, snow is very much needed for the economy there.

The winters in Lewis County during the 1990s, which I personally experienced, were legendary, and according to accounts from the 1960s and 1970s from my dad, the snowfall totals were unreal.

 

Home now, only office work
No wind related issues

A fun afternoon drinking with the regular country Monday group…we shared a few beers and I had a few new ones…as usual, no check ins as I’m in the moment enjoying the camaraderie… safely home now drinking a Juice Force:



We were thinking about having a fire tonight, but the wind is so gusty and cold, it would not be enjoyable. Maybe a stout in the hot tub? We shall see… Cheers y’all!

It's 75 degrees here, an absolutely beautiful day, I'm drinking Sierra Nevada Springfest IPA while my wife enjoys a margarita. We are very happy to have moved to the Southwest, where we don't have blizzards and power outages.

 

Is it a lager? Is it an ale? Who cares, doesn’t matter anymore. Irony dripping from beer’s name. Dead Guy Ale, we hardly knew ye. Cheers!!
