    Cheers, BA! Hope everyone of you had a nice day! Long day at work crunching numbers with a nice little lunch break in the gym.

    Today’s WOD:

    5 MIN EMOM:
    Power snatch + hang power snatch @ 75%
    then
    5 MIN EMOM:
    3-5 Muscle Ups
    then
    5 Sets of weighted ring dips x 6 reps
    then
    10 min AMRAP
    10 ring pushups
    10 push press @ 95lbs
    10 box jumps 30”

    Coached class from 6:30-7:30 then made a quick beer run :slight_smile: Poured the lady another Gose, me a NN (I was craving one) and now watching re-runs of Criminal Minds.

    Wasn't going to drink during the week, but who am I kidding. I drank my last OTWOA, then a Detour, and closing out the night with a Bell's Expedition. Ten Fidy might be my favorite for the fact that I can find it. This is damn close.

    Wish I could have gotten out of work earlier today, as I had a ton to do, and it's almost my.. BIRTHDAY!

    Just another day, but planned to drink and eat some good stuff. Got the yard finished up and chillin with a beer.

    Got some onions and peppers on the grill in a CI skillet, and a skirt steak waiting to be grilled for fajitas.

    Decided that this guy would pair up nicely!

    Lost Abbey Agave Maria- a damn good beer. Sweet, has that slight barrel tequila finish, but man.. it's not a tequila bomb, and is pretty balanced, but a tad sweet.. 13.5% ABV and I can't find it ANYWHERE.

    Cant decide what else to pop.. bomber of BA Biscotti, or maybe a KBS.. or maybe a BCBS, or BCBCS? Depends how buzzed this Agave Maria gets me, it's sitting on top of 3 Gose's from Westbrook already.
