Is this the latest batch? I know they had a diacytl problem with a batch made earlier this year.

MP killed that keg in three days, so somebody liked it .

For me, it was this year's Shorts Strawberry Shortcake, this stuff was heinous - I don't know if I got an infected batch or what - disgusting. Had a few others try it and they concluded the same thing - lesson learned - don't buy a 6 pack based on other's input - drain poured all 6.

Oh, hey Mr. Redbeard! Nothing but props for getting a tap at Meridian Pint, but ask them how many people came back for a second glass. Like I said, the waitress seemed to understand our predicament all too well, and even thought they should offer tasters to people who ordered it because she hated to disappoint her customers. But hey, if you're happy with the results, keep bringing it on and I'll happily try the next thing you dish up!

I'm not exactly pounding pints of it daily myself, it's one of those things you brew because certain types of people go bananas over it, and they deserve love too. There were 6 Redbeard beers on tap the Tuesday (3 days) before your visit, if you can get there sooner next time you'll have more options.

Hey, I'm just contributing to the post, and there are plenty of beers on the previous 37 pages that are near and dear to me, so I totally get that peoples' tastes differ. If you can brew something that makes a few people really happy, then you're pretty cool in my book. And I love supporting the local beer scene, so I'll keep a lookout for your stuff around town. Cheers!

I don't think I have any more #35 in our Library, but if we do, I'll go back and try it. I'll let you know if mine is infected as well.

Leinenkugel’s Cranberry Ginger Shandy! It was on a heck of a sale (4 16oz cans for $1.99) so I tried it in good faith. God help me, I drank as much as I could. I hate wasting food and drink of any kind. In the end the Shandy won and I had to dump out 1/2 of my purchase. They still make it. They should be ashamed.

This one. It is absolutely disgusting. I will be posting this in the Latest Drain Pour Thread too.

This. Shandies are basically wine coolers to me, and Leinie's seems to make them in droves. Even my wife, who tends to like fruitier beers, gagged in disgust.

Had a lot of terrible beers.... But from the top 250 list BA Hi-Fi Rye... Maybe bottle was infected but it was aweful.

There are 'styles' of beer I do not like, but that doesn't make it a bad beer, just not my choice.

But of the styles that I do like, the hands down absolute worst is Guinness Nitro IPA. Looks cool when poured, but that is where it ends, and by the time you get half of it down, it is as flat as if it was opened last year.

Had what would have been a decent stout that was completely ruined by over-carbonation a few days ago, probably a defect since it gushed out of the can on opening. Thornfield's End Smoked Rye Stout from Mystery Brewing in Hillsborough. The mouthfeel was intolerable.

Not the worst beer I've ever had but a friend who's not huge into craft recently brought over a mixed 12 pack of Tommyknocker beer. He was excited about the Legend Anniversary beer http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/156/159490/ saying "whoa, this one is 10%!" It was a complete mess, just boozy and disgusting. Fortunately he enjoyed it so I said "it's all yours man!"

Hi Anthony1 - don't know if it is "infected" per se, it just might have been old or a bad bottle.

Henninger Frankfurt. I got it in a Beers of the World sampler pack. Out of the six in there, it was the only drain pour.
