Look: Copper, leaning amber in color with a nice-looking head that builds up, holds for a minute, and settles to a lid, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Fresh cut grass, rose petals and flowers, some lime, and some bready malt. Honestly, I’m not getting much fresh hop aroma in the nose
Taste: The taste recovers that thought a little as it starts off with a sharp grassy note and is quickly joined by a boatload of citrus-infused alpha acids that scrape the tongue with fresh hop character. Rose weaves in and out throughout and closes with a pithy bite
Mouthfeel: Full but light, lightly slick, medium carbonation, and felt dryness on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This is a good beer but isn’t wowing me like I hoped and expect a good fresh hop beer to do. It’s pure Centennial through and through though and tasty regardless of not being an in-your-face fresh hop offering. Tasty enough to try but I wouldn’t repeat this one

16oz can served in a stemless wineglass. Packaged on 08/31/21. Bought it at Full Throttle Bottles, I think.
Pours clear brassy gold with a big fluffy head and moderate carbonation. Head collapses to a thick layer with slopes up the side of the glass, as well as some clumpy lacing clinging to the side. Very pretty beer. Smell is fairly mild -- some grain and honeysuckle, just a whiff of grassy/greens. Smells good but not much like an IPA.
Taste is much more on target. I get some clear biting hop resin, nice bitter finish, honeysuckle and grain are still pleasant as a nice balance. Ooh...that finish is long, slow, and bitter -- very west coast.
Mouthfeel is medium to light. Overall, this is a nice offering.

Date on the can is very blurry, but I think it says 09/18/22. Head's not a big as noted previously, aroma seems quite mild this year. Taste is very west coast IPA, as noted before. Probably would give it very similar grades this year.
