Half cask at Marble Arch. Amber/golden pour, persistent creamy off-white head. Light toasty, malty aroma. Taste is malty, bready, caramel, toasty. Creamy smooth, velvety feel. So easy to drink.

Bright copper color and clear. Foamy, lasting head which leaves solid rings with webs in between.
Clean and crisp smell. The malt has a touch of smoke, a touch of grain, but overall is quite dry and satisfying, almost as if juniper may have been added. Interesting.
The pale malt is dry and brief, quickly dominated by the prickly and spicy black pepper hop. The finish is nearly astringent creating a short aftertaste.
