Pours slightly hazy deep golden, white lacing for a head.
Aroma of sour apple, grape, citrus and grassy malts.
Flavor is of fresh grassy malt, coriander, lemongrass, apple, pear, citrus and some brett aftertaste.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Very well balanced wild ale, great flavor that is nuanced and enjoyable. Drinks slower as it's a bit rich by a saison standard. Goes down really smooth though. Definitely worth a grab.
