Pours a clouded yellow. Basically no head. Nose is a slight citrus and oddly enough a dough thing. Flavor has a grassy tone to it. Earth is the overall character. Interesting grain bite. Almost seems Belgian-like?? Weird. Feel is typical on liquid and the same for carbonation. This is a very interesting beer. I can't recall the last beer that threw me for such a loop. It seems slightly like a witbier, but also like a very Earthy lager. It's interesting, but different.
